Single vehicle roll over

On October 8, 2020 at approximately 11:15 PM the Pemberton RCMP were notified that a vehicle had rolled over and had come to a stop in a ditch in the 8300 block of Pemberton Meadows Road. Police arrived on scene to find a 25-year-old male driver from Pemberton being attended to by Emergency Health Services. The driver was taken to local area hospital and then transported to the Lower Mainland with what has been described as critical injuries. The vehicle is described as a 1995 Jeep YJ, white in colour. Pemberton RCMP are actively investigating this incident and are asking if anyone witnessed the vehicle earlier in the evening or perhaps witnessed the accident to please contact the Pemberton RCMP at 604-894-6634 or Crimestoppers.

Stolen bike with suspect photo

On October 12, 2020 at approximately 12:20 PM, Whistler RCMP were notified of a bike that had been stolen in the 4200 block of Mountain Square, Whistler. Police learned that the bike was left for a brief period in a bike rack without being secured when a male rode away with the bike. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male approximately 40 years of age with a heavy build, wearing a light grey hoodie, black pants and a dark coloured mask. The stolen bike is described as a Mens’ Grey Specialized Stunt Jumper, 11 speed with yellow lettering and blue peddles. If anyone recognises the suspect or has seen the bike in the community to please contact the Whistler RCMP at 604-932-3044 or Crimestoppers if you wish to remain anonymous.
