Update - Charge Approved in Drug Trafficking Investigation

The Public Prosecution Service of Canada has approved charges related to a drug trafficking investigation from last winter.
On Friday February 14th, 2020, members of the Prince George RCMP’s Street Crew Unit conducted a traffic stop on Foothills Boulevard as part of a drug trafficking investigation that began in 2019. The Street Crew Unit then obtained and executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants on residences on North Ospika Boulevard and on Orbin Place, both in Prince George.

As a result of this investigation, police seized over a kilogram of cocaine, over 300 grams of MDMA, and $48,000 in cash.
The Public Prosecution Service of Canada has approved the following charge against 35-year-old Bryce Jeffrey Williams of Prince George:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Williams has been issued a Summons and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday November 4, 2020.
