Suspect goes into a rage after receiving a burger without mustard

On June 2nd 2020 at approximately 9 p.m. the West Shore RCMP received a complaint from the staff at Wendy’s located at 1800 Island Hwy in Colwood.
The staff at this location called police when a suspect began violently smashing the plexi glass barrier at the drive thru window after receiving his order. The staff reported the suspect was furious because they had forgotten to put mustard on his burger.
The suspect got out of his car and came up to the drive-thru window and began yelling at staff while he smashed the plexi glass barrier and completely ripped it off the wall. Before leaving the suspect threw the plexi glass barrier underneath another vehicle in the parking lot. Staff were thankfully not injured in this encounter however police are searching for this suspect who is being investigated for mischief and causing a disturbance, said Cst. Nancy SAGGAR
The suspect was last seen driving away in a blue or grey Toyota Matrix hatchback.
The suspect is described as:
- Caucasian male in his 50’s
- Medium build
- Bald with a reddish brown beard
- Wearing jeans and a plaid overcoat
