McLeese Lake General Store gets robbed

Late Wednesday afternoon, the McLeese Lake General Store was the target of a robbery, as a result, the Williams Lake RCMP are asking any witnesses to the crime to come forward with information.

At around 6:00PM an unknown suspect, armed with a firearm, entered the store and demanded all the cash from the till and lotto tickets.

Suspect description:
• 5’10 – 6’0
• Caucasian
• Stalky build
• Blue eyes
• Dark grey or black balaclava with only eyes showing
• Black hoodie

The Williams Lake RCMP can confirm that no one was injured during the incident.

There is no other information to release at this time as the investigation is still ongoing.
