Photo 1 of the female suspectCoquitlam – An unidentified female allegedly robbed two banks in Coquitlam in a two-week crime spree. The robberies took place in late October 2011 when a female walked into a bank and allegedly produced a note to demand for money.

Different specialized sections such as the Police Dog Service and Forensic Identification Section has been called to assist, but we haven’t been able to get to the bottom of these investigations, said Constable Alex Bojic of Coquitlam RCMP’s Robbery Section. In addition to the two banks in Coquitlam that she allegedly robbed, we believe she was also involved in two other bank robberies in Burnaby and she may even be tried a fifth robbery in Langley but that robbery was unsuccessful and the female suspect got away without any Photo 2 of the female suspectcash.

The female is described as:

  • Caucasian,
  • 45 to 55 years old,
  • Blonde hair
  • Height: 5’4 to 5’10
  • Medium to heavy built.

To date the identity of the female remains a mystery. The Coquitlam Mounties would like public assistance to identify her.
