The Yukon RCMP Drug Unit, working with members of the Whitehorse Detachment, executed a search warrant on Sycamore Street in Whitehorse last Friday evening.
The search of the residence and two associated vehicles resulted in the seizure of 7.61 grams of cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, drug materials, various weapons and a sum of cash.
Randy DOUVILLE, 35 and Timothy DEWHURST, 26, both from Teslin, each face a charge of possession of cocaine. DOUVILLE, already subject of a conditional sentence order at the time of his arrest, faces an additional charge for breaching his court order.
Thomas WEAVER of Langley, BC., 26 and Jagdev DHILLON of Burnaby, BC., 26 each face multiple charges including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime over $5000, possession of proceeds of crime under $5000, and multiple counts of possession of a weapon (ammunition, a knife, two machetes and can of bear spray) for a dangerous purpose .
WEAVER was found to be on a weapons prohibition at the time of his arrest and was subsequently charged for being in breach of this court order.
